Whistleblowing
Dolcificio GI&SSE S.r.l., through a specific procedure, provides the opportunity to report, even anonymously, through an online platform (whistleblowing reporting channel), illegalities and/or violations related to the work environment or violations of national and EU regulations. The aim is to fight the emergence of any illegal or unethical behavior.
Personal or commercial communications (e.g. complaints, etc.) must be sent through the normal communication channels.
The whistleblowing reporting channel of Dolcificio GI&SSE S.r.l. – managed by an external consulting company that offers adequate guarantees of independence, professionalism, confidentiality, data protection and secrecy – allows you to report both in writing and through voice messaging systems.
Alternatively, the report can be made by requesting a direct meeting with the reporting manager. The request must be submitted through the whistleblowing channel.
All reports received will be handled in full compliance with the regulations on whistleblowing (Legislative Decree no. 24/2023) and personal data protection (EU Regulation 20126/679 and Legislative Decree 196/2003).
