Dolcificio Gi&sse offers a private label service dedicated to high quality frozen fried sweet pastries, produced with carefully selected and carefully processed ingredients. Our private label service is aimed at food producers and large-scale retail brands interested in offering a line of frozen fried sweet pastries under their own brand name.

• Guaranteed quality – Our products are made with top-quality ingredients, according to tried and tested recipes and with technologically advanced production processes in which specialised personnel still make the difference.
• Food safety – Dolcificio Gi&sse is IFS (International Food Standard) certified, an authoritative standard for assessing the conformity of products and processes in relation to food safety and quality;
• Full service – We take care of all stages of production, from recipe development to delivery, production, quality control and packaging.
• Product range – We offer a wide range of products to meet the needs of all customers. The products available include ring doughnuts (empty or filled with custard cream or chocolate & hazelnut cream), doughnuts (empty or filled with apricot jam, custard cream or with chocolate & hazelnut cream) and mini doughnuts, empty or filled.
• Customisation – Dolcificio Gi&sse offers its customers the possibility to customise doughs and product fillings according to their needs.
• Large volumes – Thanks to our two production lines, we are able to support numerically large supplies.
• Sustainable ingredients – We are Rainforest Alliance certified, an important tool to promote the sustainability of forests and local communities, and RSPO, a global certification system that guarantees that the palm oil used in our products is produced in a sustainable way, respecting certain environmental, social and economic standards.
• FSC^® Packaging – Customers have the option of having our products packaged in FSC^®-certified cartons, i.e. made of sustainable materials from responsibly managed forests.
