Two production lines and a third nearing completion, a state-of-the-art refrigerated warehouse and a rigorously organised production process validated by authoritative certifications and frequent quality checks.
In operation since 2021, the plant in San Giovanni in Persiceto (BO) has two new state-of-the-art production lines, where innovative technologies and craftsmanship complement each other perfectly. The sensory and quality characteristics of the product are constantly monitored, starting with the choice of raw materials. The refrigerated warehouse has a capacity of more than 1,000 pallet bays.
The new plant was designed taking into account the standards required by the various certifications the company already has or intends to obtain in the future. In particular, the temperature and humidity of the production rooms are kept under strict control to ensure constant product quality.
