Dolcificio Gi&sse specialises in leavened, fried and frozen sweet pastries for wholesalers and the HORECA sector. These are specialities ready to be served in a few minutes, for breakfast, as a snack or at the end of a meal. All our products are frozen at temperatures that bring the core to -18°C, through a rapid and precise process that allows the organoleptic qualities of the products to be maintained.
Cooked and frozen products to defrost and serve as if they were freshly made.
IMPORTANT: Do not refreeze once defrosted. Transport from the shop to the home is one of the critical points, therefore we recommend taking products from the frozen product counters at the end of the shopping trip.
Ready without effort!
For best results, defrost at room temperature (20/25°).
Avoid contact with heat sources and wait for 1.5/2 hours.
Once cooled, decorate as desired with icing sugar or caster sugar. Taste and serve as freshly made.

Once defrosted, the product must be consumed within 48 hours
