Dolcificio Gi&sse specialises in the production of frozen fried sweet pastries, such as ring doughnuts and doughnuts, empty or filled. Founded in 1978, the company has long since established itself – also as a subcontractor – in the food wholesale, large-scale retail and HORECA markets thanks to the genuine goodness of its products and its constant focus on quality.

We use only carefully selected ingredients processed according to recipes that respect the natural rising times of the dough.The flours are all of Italian origin and every single raw material must meet extremely demanding quality criteria.Production integrates artisan workmanship and automated processes, developed to make the product stable over time. Quick freezing takes place at different temperatures depending on the products, with the aim of bringing the core to -18°C, while the storage temperature is -22°C.

We offer a wide range of ring doughnuts and filled doughnuts, also available in the mini version: sweet pastries designed to satisfy the needs of all consumers at breakfast, snack time and any other time of the day. Our ring doughnuts are available in several variations: including classic, chocolate & hazelnut or with milk and cream. Our doughnuts, are available in the classic version, with a custard cream, chocolate & hazelnut cream or apricot jam filling.

Dolcificio Gi&sse produces under its own brand and, above all, for third parties. The company is able to customise products and has the propensity to innovate: new flavours and new solutions to improve dough and product appearance. In fact, the company is working on new projects, including the introduction of new recipes and the expansion of the product range.

Dolcificio Gi&sse was the first Italian company to introduce leavened and frozen fried sweet pastries into the market in several forms, acquiring a leading position in this sector in its 45-year history. The strong sales network that Dolcificio Gi&sse can count on includes cafés, restaurants, caterers, hotels and supermarkets, not only in Italy but also in Austria, France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and Spain. Outside Europe, Dolcificio Gi&sse products are entering the US market, Israel and Chile.
